Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made on-demand through our fulfillment partner (Printful), we do not keep inventory or stock.
This means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
Ordering the wrong item

Every product is printed specifically for your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

Email us at retrokits3.0@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

Order number
Clear photos of the issue
Description of the problem

Printful requires photos to approve replacements — we cannot process claims without them.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement.

If the carrier marks the package as Delivered but you claim you didn’t receive it, we cannot issue a refund.
In these cases, contact your local carrier, neighbors, or building management.


Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned due to:

wrong or incomplete address
failure to pick up
refusal of delivery

can be reshipped, but reshipment fees must be paid by the customer.
Refunds cannot be issued for returned-to-sender items because they are printed on-demand.


Exchanges

We do not offer size or product exchanges since each item is created specifically for your order.

Please review the Size Guide before ordering.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they go into production, which typically begins within hours of purchase.
